I'll disparage his fellow reasonoids, too many of which spend too much time in the fucking Beltway to stay clear of the Hope 'n' Change rays coming from the guy who will do more damage to the cause of liberty in this country than any President since FDR.

The system we have now selects for the sorts of people who want to make a career of politics.

But of course that's true in all fields, not just politics. I'm learning now how hard it is to get hired in fields where you're not a specialist-careerist.
