Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez is threatening to jail his main political rival, Manuel Rosales. "A swine like that has to be in prison," he said. Rosales, who lost in the 2006 presidential election, is now running for mayor of Maracaibo, the capital of the state of Zulia.
