A Dallas, Texas, schoolteacher is under investigation for her efforts to determine who stole a cell phone from her. The Comstock Middle School teacher, who hasn't been named publicly, allegedly fingerprinted 7th grade students and made them fill out background reports listing their addresses, names, and other information. School officials say the teacher has been disciplined.
