    So, who is the dude?

  2. Ken Shultz   19 years ago

We're talking about the dude in the net, right?

...who looks kinda like the same guy in the frame after the screaming monkey. ...who looks like he might be Mel?

  3. Brian24   19 years ago

Wow, that is hilarious. Dude has a weird sense of humor.

Ken--no, not the dude in the net.

  4. Stephen Macklin   19 years ago

So either this was known and publicized or some pathetic soul scrolled through the thing frame by frame. Yawn.

  5. kaligula   19 years ago

    Money Shot, for the lazy...

  6. highnumber   19 years ago

    Thanks, kaligula.

  7. FinFangFoom   19 years ago

Or somebody paused it at the exactly right moment.

  8. highnumber   19 years ago

Never thought I would be thanking someone calling himself "Kaligula" for giving me the money shot.

  9. Fenevad   19 years ago

This has been floating around the Internet since the day after the trailer came out, I'm thinking four or five months ago...

  10. D.A. Ridgely   19 years ago

Damn! I misread that as "monkey shot"!

  11. jf   19 years ago

I for one never saw it, and damned near pissed myself when I hit the "money frame." Thanks, Radley.

  12. jf   19 years ago

BTW, thanks to my almost never-used "prt scr" key and Microsoft Paint, that is my new desktop wallpaper.

  13. killjoy   19 years ago

dude - this is, like, almost a year old...

  14. ChicagoTom   19 years ago

I've never seen that before either...but that is fucking hilarious!!

So either this was known and publicized or some pathetic soul scrolled through the thing frame by frame.

Or an editor with a great sense of humor...that's what I choose to believe:)

Never thought I would be thanking someone calling himself "Kaligula" for giving me the money shot.

    Priceless comment!

  15. Jon H   19 years ago

"This has been floating around the Internet since the day after the trailer came out, I'm thinking four or five months ago..."

I think I've seen the still before, but I had no idea it was in the trailer.

  16. Akira MacKenzie   19 years ago

Mel Gibson is a bigoted, paranoid, right-wing religious zealot...

But he's got a great sense of humor, I'll give him that!

  17. Lowdog   19 years ago

Even more evidence that Mel Gibson is completely off his rocker.

Not that I really have a problem with that...I'm a big fan of Mel just for being the Road Warrior, and his maverick kookiness is kinda cool. I just wish he was still a coke-snortin', hard drinkin', womanisin' kook instead of a religious kook.

  18. kaligula   19 years ago

    hehehe, highnumber, you're welcome...

  19. Morrissey   19 years ago

What she asked of me at the end of the day
    Well, Caligula would have blushed

  20. VM   19 years ago

    "

    Priceless comment!"

Have to echo my two fellow Chicagolandians on that. Thanks, Kal 🙂

May Bacchus deliver many a fun event!

  21. P Brooks   19 years ago

    "Money Shot, for the lazy..."

...which would me me. Thanx, Your Imperial Licentiousness.

Does this mean Mel thinks he's Hitchcock?

  22. P Brooks   19 years ago

...which would make more sense as "would BE me"
