Immaculate Contraception

New York's highest court has upheld a state law that requires employers to provide health insurance programs that cover prescription contraception. The suit was brought by several religious social service organizations that contended they should be required to provide contraception since they believe it is a sin. The law does exclude churches and seminaries.
