Anti-Islamoterrorshariafascists of the World, Unite!
Please tell me I'm not the only one out there who reads manifestos like this and needs a decoder ring to determine whether it's satire.
Islamic Fascism looks forward to the rule of the new Caliphate, in which the whole world will swear submission to Allah and bow five times a day towards Mecca. It aims to kill or enslave every person who will not accept its twisted vision of Islam. With the help of its allies among the world's dictators and within our own media, it is confident that it will achieve its goal.
But even as this beast tears at our throats, a new defensive force is being born, a determination to preserve all that is good and right and true within the Western world. Even as we are abandoned by our leaders, by the sophists in our academies, and by the propagandists of our major media, ordinary people are connecting with one another, and are ready to stand up and defeat those who would destroy us.
Here in the 910 Group this force is symbolized by the Phoenix, reborn from the ashes of the World Trade Center in order to resist the onslaught of Islamofascism.
This is where the war hawks are headed, isn't it? The only disagreement is whether to express their Viking war-lust via actual fiction or via fictional-sounding dinner clubs.
There's a giggle-inducing list of "anti-Islamofascist" battle plans, too, of which this is the winner and champ'een.
Establish an Anti-Islamofascist Speakers Bureau. There are many experts in addition to the small number now known to the media such as Frank Gaffney and Robert Spencer, who can talk about the world-wide Islamofascist threat. But most media people don't know who they are or where to find them. There's a need for a speaker's bureau marketing Anti-Islamofascist experts in a systematic fashion to all the major media outlets.
Yeah, what's up with that? How come the Islamofascist-run media refuse to let people like Newt Gingrich or Bill O'Reilly or Sean Hannity or Dick Morris or John Gibson or Glenn Beck or Bill Kristol or Charles Krauthammer or Ralph Peters or Ann Coulter or Joe Lieberman or Melanie Morgan or Rush Limbaugh get any exposure?

Just a second here, let me check the cereal box....got it!
Ah, yes! We're on the enemies list! And here are the plans to establish the New World Order of Freedom and Democracy and Make Sure that Nobody Steps Out of Line.
BTW, Dave, the bullet with your name on it has got your name misspelled. 😉
Dude goes through a bag of Depends every day. Get a scrip for Paxil already.
I'm no friend of religious radicals of any stripe, including Islamic fundamentalists, but doesn't this sound like somebody is completely unhinged, wacko, a few slices short of a whole loaf? The way to combat insanity is not more insanity, but intelligent discourse. Offending others is still allowed, but making a total ass out of yourself seems somewhat counterproductive.
They forgot to mention our precious bodily fluids.
This, too, shall pass. A hundred years ago guys like this would be fulminating about the Pope. Seriously, it's almost identical to anti-Papist propaganda. A sobering reminder that human beings haven't changed much over the years. Plenty of people believe in this sort of doomsday-overarching-conspiracy-of-the-Other and that is the real threat.
I get the impression these guys watched a whole lot of Red Dawn back in the day. I thought it was cool too when I was 12 but even then I knew the logistics involved in pulling off that invasion were rather improbable.
Now imagine a bunch of turbaned bearded guys landing on the beaches and dropping by parachute.
Wolverines!
I bet even a bureaucracy dedicated solely to the task of getting people together who talk about WHOLE 1 THING, would still require a couple 100 mill. a year in emergency supplemental spending just to run at a %50 efficiency rate.
I don't know, sounds like a good deal to me. Who's got the deer blood?
Uh, that would be dear blood.
Correcting mistakes that don't exist is a bad sign.
"Gates of Vienna?"
I guess laughing at bin Laden for his silly obsession with centuries-old battles is no longer operative.
When you set out to fight monsters...

These guys (can I call them fascists?) believe that the UK will become an Islamic country 'in a generation'.
I'm not so sure.
In 2001, the population was 2.7% Muslim - but 0.7% of Brits described themselves as Jedi Knights.
Wouldn't you back one Jedi Knight against four radical religious types?
No lightsabers allowed on planes!
Lightsabers take Lives.
For an ostensibly anti-fascist manifesto, it sounds an awful lot like Mein Kampf.
In 2001, the population was 2.7% Muslim - but 0.7% of Brits described themselves as Jedi Knights.
Yes, but how many of those Jedi will be able to successfully mate?
Of course, having so many Jedi gives a whole new meaning to the phrase "72 virgins."
brian423,
Your Stranglove/Love Bomb ref. made me fall on the floor laughing...
That website has a sweet background.
I for one welcome our new Islamoterrorshariafascists overlords.
This was rich.
Support Anti-Islamofascist freedom fighters. There are resistance and dissident groups within Iran and other radical Islamic countries who are willing to organize against their regimes if they had some outside assistance. Yet there are no groups set up to promote their cause or to lobby Congress to get them covert assistance.
Did they get rid of the CIA when I was peering into my rectum?
I found their language quite stirring. Did somebody say "Jedis?"
Have a look here.

Err, well yes, but not for the reasons you think.
There was a siege of Vienna in 1529 by the Turks. It failed, and the Turks went home. There was also a siege of Vienna in 1683 by the Turks that culminated in a battle with a relieving army that the Turks lost miserably.
(Trivia: The Viennese bakers celebrated by baking little bread cresents for the townspeople to eat, we know them as croissants, and the capture of the Turkish camp included coffee beans, which marks its introduction into Western Europe.)
So fighting Islamo-Fascism now is somehow "silly." Something for leftist-libertarian cynics to get a giggle over.
I wonder if the widow of Daniel Pearle, the WSJ reporter who had his head sliced off by an Islamo-Fascist, after he was forced to recite, "My Mother was a Jew, My Father was a Jew, I am a Jew", thinks that fighting Islamo-Fascism is a laughing matter?
Wonder if the family of Theo van Gogh views it that way, as well?
And the 5 surviving Jewish female victims of the Seattle Shooter, wonder how they feel about it?
Not too mention the families of the 11 victims of Beltway Sniper John Muhammed.
Nah, there's no threat from Islamo-Fascism. Just something made up by some old guys who have nothing better to do. We should just view the Islamacists as what they claim to be the "Religion of Peace."
How many times do they need to attack non-Muslims -- in office buildings, embassies, planes and trains -- before you take the threat seriously? They would die to kill one of you; I wish you would take their existence as seriously as they do yours.
Nothing this writer said as far as the explicitly stated intentions of Osama Bin Laden and his ilk is inaccurate. The only reason it rings ridiculous as a doomsday prediction is this: It's not going to happen. Our resolve is too strong. We've flagged a bit since 9/11, but after the next terrorist attack I'm sure we'll rally round again.
Somewhere along the line, libertarians (among others) who opposed George Bush's methods of fighting Islamofascism decided it would be even better to just pretend there is no Islamofascism in the first place. Problem solved. Call it clich?d hyperbole, but it is this kind of thinking that really has me worried for the future of our country.
Most libertarians who oppose the govt's War On Drugs don't feel the need to go around mocking the notion that meth addiction is bad for you.
"How many times do they need to attack non-Muslims -- in office buildings, embassies, planes and trains -- before you take the threat seriously?"
You know, it goes both ways. The terrorists stand on the street and shout "How many innocent children need to be killed by American bombs before you take them seriously and fight back?"
There's a reason we mock those people who spew hate and bile promising to protect us from some enemy with guns. It's because when we don't, they get thrown back in our face as bombs and attacks from our enemies. Better to take the high-road leading to destination unknown than the low-road that leads to hell.
Of course. The cause of Islamofascist terrorism is opposition to it.
Surely, 9/11 was a reaction to the USA's military actions of the previous decade. You know, the ones where we A) Defended a Muslim country from the invasion and pillaging of another Muslim country, B) Sent troops to a Muslim country to feed it's starving masses, who were having their food stolen by other Muslims, and C) Engaged in a war against a Christian nation which was attempting to commit genocide against it's Muslim citizens and neighbors.
Yup, those poor Muslims couldn't catch a break from bad old America, who was just oppressing them for fun.
Wait, I almost forgot the best reason: We had troops guarding Saudi Arabia. The Muslim holy cities are there, so our filthy infidel skin should be not be allowed in that nation,so um, that's why the towers needed to be destroyed? Don't we usually tell people who have openly bigoted ideas like that to go fuck themselves? America and its ideals are sacred to me, so will anyone defend me if I go around murdering those whom I deem philosophically impure?
But you're right Omar. If we would just stop fighting back, they would probably stop with their terrorism. As soon as we were all converted.
Dave, please revise your comments. You say essentially, "libertarians are cynical about fighting the War on Islamo-Fascism..." That should read, "leftist libertarians..." not "libertarians."
Those within the libertarian movement who are Islamo-Fascist appeasors and are giggling about the prospects of Islamo-Fascism invading the United States, DO NOT in any manner, shape or form represent the mainstream of libertarian thought.
Our beloved libertarian movement was founded by individuals like Barry Goldwater, Milton Friedman and Dana Rohrabacher. All of whom would have, (or in the case of Dana still do), oppose any threats to the United States with all their might. PJ O'Rourke, Dennis Miller, Neal Boortz, Tammy Bruce and Larry Elder, all strident opponents of Islamo-Fascism are still the main guiding lights for our libertarian movement, as opposed to the likes of Lew Rockwell or Justin Raimondo.
Opposing Islamo-Fascism is the correct libertarian position. Appeasing it, is an anamoly and not in any way associated with the mainstream of libertarian thought.
Wow, looks like the rubber sheet brigade is here.
Treating the threat with the seriousness it deserves does not equate to making it the central organizing principle of your life, our government, or out society. Nor does establishign a mirror image of Al Qaeda's silly Clash of Civilizations narrative equate to treating the threat with the seriousness it deserves.
You know what they call people who devoted themselves to calling people to a militant counter-ideology to Naziism during World War II? Communist Party members.
We do not need to become as silly and hateful as these wanna-be's in order to fight terrorism. We can win, and still keep our soul.
Joe, do you drink water? You know who else drank water during WWII!!? Hiter.
And Stalin.
