In exchange for free migration into the US, would Mexico in turn allow Americans to buy up Mexican beach front property? To lobby for political reform?

Some might take issue with the footage Carlson showed half the time Cavanaugh was talking, but it could have been worse.
...They could have shown people dying of some horrible disease--they might have shown Mexican teenagers ogling an all American blond!
