Am I Blowing Your Mind Yet?
A bunch of law profs who maintain blogs have written a spate of scholarly papers on how blogging is affecting legal scholarship—which they're all now linking on their own blogs. Now, I just have to go to law school and this becomes meta enough to create an Escheresque strange loop that destroys the universe in a massive conflagration of paradox.

do you mean Mobius loop?
Either way.
No, he means a Strange Loop, a concept explored in Douglas Hofstadter's "G?del, Escher, Bach: an Eternal Golden Braid."
A M?bius strip is the simplest example of a strange loop, having only one permutation required to create an apparent paradox - the half twist that forms a one-sided surface.
... the half twist that forms a one-sided surface.
Don't you mean a a one-sided solid?
General Relativity predicts that there can be closed time-like curves. Basically, loops in space-time that enable time travel.
Maybe if all of these articles cite each other as previous work, we will have a closed time-like curve, and then we can go back in time and talk some sense into Katie Holmes.

My Dear Doctor Thoreau: all of that would come out in discovery. just slather her up (to the tune of "I like bread and butter") in korn syrup (sic) and read from "Heathers" (you know which version).
I'm in law school (criminal law at the moment) and I see no paradox.
It will be a loop when judges and legislators link to the blogs. Til then it is just obiter dicta and marginalia so far as legal scholarship is concerned.
Speaking of online self promotion, my website is done finally and ready for everybody but Safari users:

My greatest hits are there under a flying saucer and a car. 1990-2003. Could my band be your life?
Isaac - Yeah, that's the ticket. One-sided solid, or a solid with one surface. 's what I meant. Damned fingers.
I knew that was what you meant. 🙂

If enough lawyers participate, they will create a hyperdimensional object known as a tesserasshole.
Some paradoxes are due to language not keeping up with concepts. Discuss.
...not that I necessarily believe that myself.
