Over or Under?

No doubt at this stage few if any readers much care whether Rafik Hariri was killed by a truck bomb or an underground bomb last Feb 14. Still, for the record, and as someone who repeatedly suggested that it was an underground bomb (and cited the family as believing there were two bombs–one underground and one above ground with a highly flammable chemical agent), I offer here the latest twist: Hariri may have been killed by an underground bomb after all–at least that's what UN investigators are now saying.
