Asia lurching towards statism? Please. Developed Asian societies, particularly the Chinese and Japanese, have always had a state-centric bias.
This doesn't strike me as the best way to try to bring back foreign tourists post-tsunami.
So I can't have a Marlboro right after a 10 hour S&M sesson involving kids, animals, pinheads, and the occasional bodybuilder?
