Subway to Heaven

|

The National Legal and Policy Center wants the Federal Trade Commission to order sandwich chain Subway to pull ads it says are misleading. In the ads, Subway claims three foot-long Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki subs have less fat than one Big Mac. The center apparently had no problem with that claim. But it says the ad leaves out important information. Namely, that those three subs have more calories, sodium carbohydrates and sugar than a Big Mac, according to the center. It still isn't clear who eats three foot-long subs in one meal.
