Operation: Get Castro's Permission

I knew all along they must be commies at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). The Florida Sun-Sentinel (full disclosure: I was a paperboy for this paper in the late '70s) reports that the FCC intends to fine WXDJ-FM for prank-calling Castro. Seems they violated rules about warning him he'd be on the air.
