I always thought of Dick Cheney as more of a Richard III type than a hunchback of Notre Dame. He reminds me of that slogan: "Dick Nixon before he dicks you!"
Surely there must be some provision of the U.S. Patriot Act that can be invoked here. Couldn't poking fun at the vice president's wife be considered giving comfort to the enemy?
