    When they finally jump the shark and ban caffeine, there'll be a whole TV show by Simon about the war on caffeine.

    At least they won't call it "Anais's Law", because of the mispronunciation potential.

    Towelie: Wait turn down here. It's down this dirt road.
    Stan Marsh: Break Kenny, break.
    [Kenny turns car to dirt road]
    Towelie: Maybe it was down that dirt road.
    Stan Marsh: Dude, don't you remember where it is?
    Towelie: I can't remember, it all looks the same. Hold on, let me get high. Then I'll remember where it is.
    [Towelie smokes the pot and get really high]
    Stan Marsh: Alright, so where is it?
    Towelie: [Towelie talks slowly and is very sluggish] Where's what?
    Kyle Broflovski: [the boys scream] The base where you're from and where our Okama Gamesphere is.
    Stan Marsh: Alright, that does it. Break angrily Kenny.
    [Kenny breaks the car fast]
    Stan Marsh: Now listen Towelie, we've just about had it with you!
    Towelie: Now come down.
    Kyle Broflovski: That's it, you're not getting high again until we have our Okama Gamesphere back.
    Towelie: That's my last J, asshole!
    Kyle Broflovski: I don't care! You better remember where your base is!
    Towelie: Oh man, why is everyone ridin' me today? God damn it.

    I'm sure the low west nubers are not because of lack of users. I'm wondering if leo must let mj slide more out west. Lower fine? Lack of incentive?

    Maybe I'm wrong and it's just population density.

  • Paul.||

    Some of the areas out west (like where I live) have passed laws de-prioritizing marijuana arrests.

    This may have some effect on the statistics.

  • Fist of Etiquette||

    If people would just stop doing the marijuana it would free law enforcement and the justice system as a whole up to focus on serious crime!

    I will achieve god-like power. Then I will make all drugs cease to exist.

    And when the cops just invent a brand new excuse to not-investigate murders, rapes, and thefts, I will vacate this universe while laughing hysterically.

    It's not bad enough that my taxes fund these arrests, but that they also have to fund the fucking statistical analysis of the arrests....wtfbbq.
