Medical Marijuana Training Program Given the Green Light By Colorado's State Senate

DENVER—A marijuana proposal aimed at training people who work in medical marijuana businesses awaits the governor's pen in Colorado.

The Senate voted 23-12 Tuesday to create a "responsible medical marijuana vendor" designation.
