Over the Cliff We Go: No Vote Tonight on Deal
Congress won't meet Monday midnight deadline on voting to avert "fiscal cliff."Working with Congress against a midnight deadline, President Barack Obama said Monday that a deal to avert the "fiscal cliff" was in sight but not yet finalized. The emerging deal would raise tax rates on family income over $450,000 and individual income over $400,000 a year, increase the estate tax rate and extend unemployment benefits for one year.

The urgency and timing make this especially frightening. Nothing good comes out during a holiday news cycle.
We'll hear "deal passed" during bowl game halftime shows.

The President is incredibly arrogant, incredibly stupid, and incredibly disinterested and comfortable. SO F HIM. His second term hasn't even started and the wheels are coming off. Watch the yield on the 10 year over the last couple weeks. He is so unspeakably stupid that he will actually destroy the country.
