Huntsville City Council Overturns Cop's Termination for Brutality, Orders Anger Management Instead

For the second time this year, the City Council agreed to pay off a victim of excessive force by a Huntsville police officer.

Tonight, the council voted unanimously to pay $22,500 to a man who was beaten by a Huntsville police officer after being taken into custody last year.
