Colorado Court Orders Police to Return Pot
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—The Colorado Court of Appeals is ordering Colorado Springs police to return more than 60 pounds of marijuana they seized from a cancer patient who was later acquitted of drug charges.
Bob Crouse plans to pick up his medical marijuana on Friday.
