California City to Vote on More Open Employee Negotiations
An ordinance that would shed light on employee contract negotiations could be voted into law at Tuesday night's City Council meeting.
Proposed by Councilman Steve Mensinger at the last meeting two weeks ago, the Civic Openness in Negotiations (COIN) ordinance has received a largely positive response, but some residents argue that transparency should extend to all council business.
