I guess now we know why Blackman skipped a day - typo in his post scheduling. It's a good thing he's only a law prof rather than a real attorney. I feel like he'd constantly mix up details like this and refuse to look at communications about it in case one were negative.
Last year's hiatus wasn't corrected with a pile of belated postings on one day. But probably both incidents were due to failures to correctly schedule the automatic postings, rather than a positive decision not to post.
Speaking only for myself, it's starting to worry me that my morning depends on what Josh will or will not do at 7 a.m. EST.
.
Would a mainstream law professor at a legitimate law school think less of a student's work that contained that "sentence?"
Maybe Profs. Blackman and Barnett decided to change the January 20 installment after Cal Cetin earned a Noble Prize for achievement in identifying error in this sloppy series . . . and this was the best they could manage?
I don't expect much from a South Texas College of Law Houston, but Georgetown should mention this blog in general and the lack of quality of Today in Supreme Court History in particular in the "areas for improvement" section of Prof. Barnett's annual performance review.
