Podcasts on Section 3
National Constitution Center and SCOTUS 101
I recently recorded two podcasts on the Section 3 case before the Supreme Court.
First, I was on the We the People podcast from the National Constitution Center. Jeff Rosen interviewed me and Gerard Magliocca.
Second, I was on the SCOTUS 101 podcast from the Heritage Foundation. GianCarlo Canaparo interviewed me about the ongoing litigation.
For those who like listening to podcasts, I think you'll find these interviews useful.

I'll get to it as soon as I'm finished listening to Miss Teen South Carolina's podcasts on cartography.
Just what I needed, a chance to listen to Josh drone on about his theory.
"For those who like listening to podcasts, I think you'll find these interviews useful."
In that they are indeed podcasts, that's undeniable.
"Those who like this sort of thing will find that this is the sort of thing they like."
From, allegedly, a book review attributed to Abraham Lincoln.
The aspiring young actor gave his father his complimentary tickets to his first performance in a theater. After the show, he asked the old man what he thought of it. The father hesitated, then gave a big smile and said: "You certainly were up there on that stage, weren't you!"
Hard pass.
A much better use of your time, and certainly more interesting than Josh's podcasts, is the History of Rock Music in 500 Songs by Andrew Hickey. I learned about it here -- thanks to the person who recommended it!
Sounds great.
"I'll waste no time listening to it."
