Justice Souter's dissent correctly reads the Eleventh Amendment as barring federal diversity jurisdiction. Hans is another delusional misreading of the clear high school level text of the constitution to bar the accountability of oppressive big government. Sovereign immunity itself is based on a psychotic belief that the sovereign speaks with the voice of God. Such a belief also violates the Establishment Clause and is supernatural. Furthermore, the court must defer to critical thinking and to formal logic. Immunity fully justifies violence in formal logic and very toxic to our society.

Governments are the parties least deserving of immunity. They are so bad, so damaging, so horrible, they need to be deterred the most. In the absence of liability, violence has full justification in formal logic. Formal logic has more certainty than the laws of physics.

Biden, for once, is spot on in calling for the removal of Putin. Blinken, an Ivy indoctrinated lawyer, says, he does not mean it. Blinken should be fired on the spot.

The cause of war and of slaughters is weakness. Lawyer Biden caused the invasion of Ukraine by his withdrawal from Afghanistan, instead of eradicating the Taliban. Lawyers stopped the killing of the Taliban hierarchy.

So, Biden finally makes a strong statement to remove Putin. An Ivy indoctrinated lawyer undermines his own President and employer.

Why does the lawyer protect, privilege, and empower evil? First the lawyer profession is pure evil itself, second evil is a good customer that generates fees and a good living for the lawyer.
