For the avoidance of doubt, I assume that the year after on the same date it was his birthday again?
I assume he was only born once. (Unless he was an evangelical Christian?)
I would tend to agree. But I'd also assume that Justice Baldwin, like most people who aren't born on February 29, has a birthday every year.
