Brennan came to my law school (this was before I was there) and spoke about how he made sure the “libelous” newspaper ad got put into United States Reports. It’s a fold-out.
Yes, and when you look at the "libels" -- albeit 56 years later -- you gotta ask what the issue was.
It's a pity that SCOTUS didn't restrict this decision to petty facts and minor errors that didn't affect speech that was mostly true.
Gotta love the unanimous decisions!
Also, gotta love the 21st century.

After the double-barreled merriment in Georgia, are conservatives ready for the liberal-libertarian mainstream to administer another progress-affirming stomping to Republicans in Washington today?
Conservatives deserve everything that is coming to them. Ditch the bigotry, ditch the backwardness, or open wider.
