Prof. Eric Segall (Georgia State) and I on Segall's Supreme Myths Podcast
We talk about blogging, social media and free speech, the Religion Clauses, and federalism and individual rights.
I much enjoyed the conversation, and I hope you do, too. The podcast is on Apple Podcasts as well as in many other places.

Great content but maybe you could suggest to Seagal that he adjust some audio settings. Somehow the audio comes across as pretty harsh ... like maybe it's being clipped at the top of a volume range.
My personal view on Smith is that I would generally preserve it, but I would take a much narrower and stricter approach to whether or not a law is generally applicable.
I've enjoyed this particular podcast for a while, I like Prof. Segall's gruffness. This one with you as a guest was one of the best. Very interesting discussion.
