As part of my work with the Academic Freedom Alliance, I am making some time to do in person and virtual talks on college campuses on topics relating to academic freedom and campus free speech. It is not hard, lawyer dipshits. All governmental priviliges and subsidies to non-profits are for education. In education, one presents all sides of a subject. Presening one side is called indoctrination. That is not the purpose of the privileges.

Any school that so much as hints at suppressing one side should immediately lose its tax exempt status. The Academic Freedom Alliance should be mandamusing the Non-Profit Office of the IRS to rescind the tax exemption. All grants, subsidies and other tax exemptions should immediately stop.

If indoctrination continues, shut down the traitor scumbag school, like Harvard, Yale, and Columbia.

Suppressing one side already is excluded:

An organization may be educational even though it advocates a particular position or viewpoint so long as it presents a sufficiently full and fair exposition of the pertinent facts as to permit an individual or the public to form an independent opinion or conclusion. On the other hand, an organization is not educational if its principal function is the mere presentation of unsupported opinion.

I have trouble imagining a sillier, less consequential topic than academic freedom. Everyone knows that universities are sites for indoctrination (what the faculty wants) and credentializing (what the students want), not free inquiry.
