Scheduling Fall Talks on Academic Freedom
As part of my work with the Academic Freedom Alliance, I am making some time to do in person and virtual talks on college campuses on topics relating to academic freedom and campus free speech. If you would be interested in scheduling my participation in a lecture or panel discussion in the 2021-22 academic year, shoot me an email.
The AFA's Academic Freedom Podcast can now be found on all the major platforms. We have announced our next live webinar, which will feature Randall Kennedy of Harvard and Jonathan Zimmerman of Penn. The conversation will be moderated by Amna Khalid. Registration and details can be found here.
As always, details about my scholarly and public writings can be found at my website.

It is not hard, lawyer dipshits. All governmental priviliges and subsidies to non-profits are for education. In education, one presents all sides of a subject. Presening one side is called indoctrination. That is not the purpose of the privileges.
Any school that so much as hints at suppressing one side should immediately lose its tax exempt status. The Academic Freedom Alliance should be mandamusing the Non-Profit Office of the IRS to rescind the tax exemption. All grants, subsidies and other tax exemptions should immediately stop.
If indoctrination continues, shut down the traitor scumbag school, like Harvard, Yale, and Columbia.
Suppressing one side already is excluded:
I have trouble imagining a sillier, less consequential topic than academic freedom. Everyone knows that universities are sites for indoctrination (what the faculty wants) and credentializing (what the students want), not free inquiry.
