How was the Supreme Court involved in this ?
If most conservatives weren't nearly as dumb as libs they would champion a bunch of 'civil rights expansion' pet projects that only benefited them as well. Theres countless parts of California for example that could break off and gain their own complement of electors and Congresscritters.

June 16, 1969: Kramer v. Union Free School District #15: can't restrict school board elections to property owners or people with kids in public schools
June 16, 1969: Powell v. McCormack: House of Representatives can exclude members only for reasons stated in the Constitution
June 16, 1975: Bigelow v. Virginia: First Amendment prevents states from banning advertising of any legal business
I learn very little from these posts, but I learn quite a lot from pointing out their inadequacies.
Some law professors must figure their deans won't -- or can't -- hold them accountable for shoddy scholarship.
