And 20 years later, we're seeing the same issue returning -- college coeds alleging rape in situations where the police/DA do not find grounds to prosecute.
Again it is an attempt to use the civil standard of preponderance for alleged facts that can't meet the "beyond reasonable doubt" standard.
I'll give the feminists credit -- they don't give up...
Almost all allegations between people who know each other are false. In the context of divorce disputes, all are false. False accusers should get billed for all costs, and spend the time in prison one would for perjury.
