See the Reason article on the horror story of this lawyer seeking to destroy a woman who was not attracted to him. Criminalize lawfare. End all self dealt lawyer immunities. The lawyer profession is the most toxic occupation in our country, 10 times more damaging than organized crime. It must be crushed to save the nation.

Doctor. That rhetoric is toned down. Formal logic fully justifies massive violent attack on the hierarchy of the lawyer profession. I oppose violence. Formal logic has more certainty than the laws of physics.

This is the case where the federal mag required the defendant, at the request of the prosecutor, to recant allegations of police misconduct as a condition of bail. It's still not clear to me why this wasn't the crime of witness-tampering.
