Surprised Thomas More Law Center vs. Becerra was not mentioned, which has the potential to change a lot of existing law on disclosures.

Money is not speech, but it is a means for mass dissemination of speech, aka “the press”, also protected by the First Amendment.
Restrictions on mechanical printing presses were a backdoor way of censorship. Modern presses are the mass production and distribution of speech via ads and Internet, not just pamphlets in the mail.
