A case sadly relevant to today...
This will probably be a mistake, but why is that?
Guessing which population Ed would want to "intern" is futile. He probably has a dozen or more on his list.
I am thinking it’s more of a “liberals are going to inter me” fantasy. Or he’s making a horrible comparison to various public health measures, like that one Wisconsin Justice did.
More inability to read the high school level English of the constitution by the lawyer, the most toxic occupation in our country.
That's an insult, not an argument.
Beyond an insult, the lawyer should be excluded from any bench, from any legislative seat, and from any responsible policy position in the executive. It is the most toxic occupation, far more toxic than organized crime. The argument is that every year the lawyer lives, it destroys $2 million in economic value. The occupation takes our $trillion a year, and produces nothing of value. All social pathologies can be traced to lawyer rent seeking.
I don't get what your end game is.
Say we pass a constitutional amendment barring the law profession.
What kind of society would that be?
Certainly not better.

So tell us, what did some big, bad lawyer do that hurt you so much?
Destroy our economy, and cause all social pathologies and disparities.
