If government is executed, it’s always worthwhile.

Proving, once again, that everything government does is incompetently done. Instead of just repealing Prohibition, it added new wrinkles for more contorted control of booze.

Some people want a clarification to the 2nd amendment, thinking they can improve upon “shall not be infringed”, as if that is the problem with all gun control laws. No sir! The problem is that “the right to keep and bear arms” has always been construed as a phrase with known exceptions: no felons, no prisoners, no lunatics, no infants. Gun control laws seek to add more “common sense” exceptions under the pretense that they have always been there, just not fully stated. Adding more words just provides more room for discovering more “common sense” exceptions.
