Why are you remotely working and wearing a suit? I'm in my boxers and haven't bathed for 3 days.
We seem to be getting a lot of these pics showing a chubby white guy in an ill fitting suit and a poorly tied tie. Whatever happens legally inside these videos, would it be possible to advertise them with more appealing pics ?
Perhaps you could begin the vids with say, half a minute of Aishwarya Rai dancing, and leave a pic of her up in the ad for the vid ?
I feel sure this would improve viewership figures.
Frimberger v. Anzellotti ... I understand this case is commonly cited, but it seems obviously wrong to me. Idk.
Like the distinction between a legal defect and a physical defect ... both decrease the value of the property, right? So why is that relevant at all? It may not be the same category, but it should fit under the same line of reasoning as regulatory takings right?
Like yes, the state can physically "take" your property, but it is also recognized if a government makes a change that renders your property worthless, even if no enforcement action was taken you are entitled to some compensation.
The same principle ought to apply. Latent legal defects are different from latent physical defects, but you should still get something from it.
It seems that one could easily get out of answering a question one does not know simply by pretending their microphone doesn't work!
