Since your "this site" is not very specific (Reason? Volokh? "This day series"?) we should probably assume "this" means "I, the Rev" and congratulate you.
I refer to the Volokh Conspiracy, although in fairness to other Conspirators it appears to be a single Conspirator whose avoidable use of racial slurs has become chronic.
I may commission a clearer sign; thank you for the suggestion. The more clarity in this context, the better.
(Well, not for everyone. But those who repeatedly use racial slurs deserve what they get.)
By anyone’s account an improvement over Haynesworth and Carswell, except in the hair department.
"anyone’s account an improvement over Haynesworth and Carswell"
10 million dead babies and I disagree
I don't know about Carswell, but Haynesworth went way beyond Roe to hold that a seven month old fetus was not entitled to protection simply for the reason that the mother didn't want it. You can look up the case yourself.
In the old days conservatives were pro-abortion.
Thanks. Not much to choose from then.
Bob from Ohio thanked me? Gotta frame this.
