Isn't that only 4?
That's why you always check your counsel's billable hours.
BTW, why is Grant out of order? They have his dates right but have him directly following Lincoln, with Johnson after.
These guys suggest this stuff be used in schools?

I actually agree with you on this -- academic rigor includes getting your basic facts right.
i don’t know why Barnett and Blackman keep parading such incompetence. Hasn’t anyone pointed what a laughingstock this series has become? They must not care.
Your reference to a reality-based world and "facts" indicates you are unfamiliar with the rules of establishing conservative credibility.
This material will be enshrined in discount homeschooling outlines for decades to come.
So who was this mysterious fifth Justice? Wikipedia doesn't have a fifth Grant appointment listed - they only list four - so the cover-up must be really deep.
Was the fifth justice spotted on the grassy knoll? Has anyone seen his long-form birth certificate?
Is he being stored in a top-secret room in Area 51?
I'm just asking questions.
Justice Davis resigned early on the morning of March 4, 1877, before Hayes was sworn in. Perhaps Grant appointed a “midnight judge” (or a “just after my breakfast shot of bourbon judge”), who was “appointed” but never took his seat . . .
Now the post is down to saying four. The cover-up continues!
No indication of the revision.
Shabby form.
At least it shows someone is checking up on these errors. (At last.)
