Still no Shelby County, but BOTH Fisher cases and BOTH Heller and McDonald? That decision seems pretty hard to defend, imo.
My favorite case is Windsor—an elderly woman didn’t want to do you her “patriotic duty” of paying taxes for Obamacare so she made a new loophole. You go girl!
