Prof. Randy Kozel (Notre Dame) guest-blogging about 'Settled Versus Right: A Theory of Precedent'

I'm delighted to report that Prof. Randy Kozel of Notre Dame Law School will be guest-blogging this week about his new book, "Settled Versus Right: A Theory of Precedent," just published by Cambridge University Press. I've known Randy for 15 years and have much respected his work; this new book - which, as you may gather, is about the role of precedent in the legal system - seems especially interesting and important. I greatly look forward to his posts.
