Annapolis stun gun ban challenged on Second Amendment grounds

Hulbert v. Pantelides, filed Thursday in federal district court, claims that Annapolis's ban on stun guns violates the Second Amendment; I'm pleased to say that I'll be consulting a bit on this litigation.
