Want a stun gun in New Orleans?
New Orleans outlaws stun guns, and I think that violates both the Second Amendment and Louisiana's recently strengthened right to keep and bear arms. If you live in New Orleans, and the ban is stopping you from getting a stun gun (whether a cheap, direct contact device, or an expensive Taser), please let me know: The Center for Individual Rights, a public interest law firm with whom I've often worked, may be willing to represent you pro bono in challenging the ordinance. Note that this is an offer of free legal assistance, not a free stun gun; once we win, you'll have to buy it yourself.
