Talks tomorrow at Harvard and Yale

At noon tomorrow, I will be speaking on "Legislating in Good Faith and Judicial Engagement," at Harvard Law School (in WCC 1010). Professor Richard Fallon will comment on my talk.

Then at 6pm, I will be speaking at Yale Law (SLB 122) on my forthcoming book, Our Republican Constitution: Securing the Liberty and Sovereignty of the People.
