This morning, I did a 45 minute interview about my new book The Grasping Hand: Kelo v. City of New London and the Limits of Eminent Domain, on C-SPAN's Washington Journal program. I have long been a fan of C-SPAN generally, and Washington Journal in particular. It was an honor to be on the program.
