Where do we go from here?

Eugene posted this a few weeks ago, but somehow - who knows why - I thought maybe people might now be newly interested in the Emory Law Journal's symposium on plural marriage. The title of the symposium is Polygamous Unions? Charting the Contours of Marriage Law's Frontier.

The symposium includes articles by my colleagues John Witte, Martha Fineman, and Stu Marvel, as well as by various others. Some are pro, some are con; some are about the constitution, some are about policy. Take a look!
