Yale Law School Prof. Jack Balkin interviews me about my book "The Grasping Hand" - Part II
Yale Law School Professor Jack Balkin has posted Part II of his interview with me at the Balkinization Blog. In the interview, he poses a variety of interesting questions about the issues covered in my new book The Grasping Hand: Kelo v. City of New London and the Limits of Eminent Domain. Part I of the interview is available here.
This interview was particularly interesting for me to do, because of Jack's extensive expertise in both normative constitutional theory and empirical theories of constitutional change and development, both of which come up in the discussion. Once again, I would like to thank Jack for doing the interview, and for his insightful questions.
