Podcast of Constitutional Sources Project interview about my book "The Grasping Hand: Kelo v. City of New London and the Limits of Eminent Domain"
The Constitutional Sources Project has posted a podcast of an interview about my new book The Grasping Hand: Kelo v. City of New London and the Limits of Eminent Domain. The interview was conducted by Julie Silverbrook, the Executive Director of ConSource. My thanks to Julie for her thoughtful questions!
This Thursday, the Cato Institute will host a conference on "Property Rights on the 10th Anniversary of Kelo v. City of New London." I will be participating in a panel focused on my book, from 9:30 to 11 AM. The other panelists are the lawyers who argued the Kelo case before the Supreme Court: Scott Bullock for Susette Kelo and the other property owners, and Wesley Horton for the City of New London. The event is free and open to the public. Registration and other information is available here.
