Podcast on the same-sex marriage cases
Earlier today, the Federalist Society sponsored a teleforum previewing the upcoming Supreme Court oral argument in the same-sex marriage cases, which will occur tomorrow. I participated, along with Notre Dame law professor Gerard Bradley, a prominent opponent of same-sex marriage. The podcast of the teleforum is now available here.
The discussion covers many of the issues at stake in the case, and also covers some of the disagreements between Prof. Bradley and me. The second half includes questions from the teleforum audience and our responses to them.
