Presidential Candidate Austin Petersen Says He's the "Bernie Sanders and Barack Obama" of the Libertarian Party
HD DownloadAustin Petersen is a 35 year-old libertarian activist and former producer for Freedom Watch with Judge Napolitano and is seeking the Libertarian Party's presidential nomination. He's been praised by big name conservatives like Glenn Beck and Mary Matalin.
Petersen sat down with Reason magazine's Matt Welch to discuss what he describes as a "grassroots" candidacy that he believes is better positioned than Governor Gary Johnson's to attract disaffected Republicans to the Libertarian Party. The final delegate vote for the nomination happens on Sunday, May 29.
