Nick Gillespie Talks Payroll Tax Cut and Social Security on Freedom Watch

Reason's Nick Gillespie appeared on Freedom Watch and asks "why not get rid of the payroll tax all together?". He explains that temporary tax reductions and political theater will never help our economy.
