Ron Paul has announced that he'll be launching an exploratory committee and flirting with a presidential run for 2012. But while the 75 year old Paul has long been considered a political outsider here in Washington, and a long shot presidential candidate, you have to wonder if the timing could be right. Reason Magazine's Brian Doherty discusses if Paul could actually have a shot.
