Prison Work Furlough

A senior official in Argentina's prison system, seven of his top assistants, and 10 guards have been arrested in connection with a series of crimes near the Caseros prison in Buenos Aires. One of those crimes led to the death of a police officer. The prison officials allegedly let inmates out to rob in return for a portion of their booty.
