Upcoming talks about my book "The Grasping Hand: Kelo v. City of New London and the Limits of Eminent Domain"

Next week, I will be giving three talks about my book The Grasping Hand: Kelo v. City of New London and the Limits of Eminent Domain, in Houston and Austin, Texas. This issue may be particularly timely because of, among other things, GOP front-runner Donald Trump's history of eminent domain abuse and defense of the use of takings for private projects.

Tuesday, January 26, 5-6 PM: University of Houston Law Center, Federalist Society. Food will be served. Open to the public.

Wednesday, January 27, 12-1:00 PM: Houston Federalist Society, Lawyers Division Chapter.
